Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Relis, operated by 10combo. inc. (hereinafter "the Company"), and users regarding the use of the AI-powered Bubble app analysis service (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  • "Service" refers to the Bubble app Data tab analysis and DB design document generation service provided by the Company.
  • "User" refers to members and non-members who receive the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously receive the Company's information and use the Service.
  • "Analysis Work" refers to the process of analyzing the Data tab structure and generating related documents based on the Bubble app information provided by the user.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective by being posted on the Service screen or by notifying members through other methods.

2. The Company may amend these Terms when deemed necessary, and the amended Terms become effective by being announced or notified in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.

3. If users do not agree to the amended Terms, they may request membership withdrawal. If they do not express their refusal and continue to use the Service 7 days after the effective date of the amended Terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services:

  • Automatic analysis of Bubble app Data tab structure
  • Automatic ERD diagram generation
  • DDL script generation (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
  • Table specification and data dictionary generation
  • Other DB design related document generation
  • Analysis history management and project management

2. The Company may change the content and schedule of the Service, and in such cases, will announce the reason for change and the schedule through notices at least 7 days before the current service date.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of Service in cases of maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment, or interruption of communication.

2. The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in cases of national emergency, power outage, service facility failure, or excessive service usage that disrupts normal service use.

3. In case of service interruption under Paragraphs 1 and 2, the Company will immediately announce the reason and duration through notices.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form prescribed by the Company and indicating their agreement to these Terms.

2. The Company registers users who applied for membership as in Paragraph 1 as members, unless they fall under any of the following:

  • The applicant has previously lost membership under Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms
  • There are false, missing, or erroneous entries in the registration
  • Other cases where registration is deemed to significantly impair the Company's technical operations

3. The membership agreement is established when the Company's approval reaches the member.

Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

1. Members may request withdrawal from the Company at any time, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately.

2. The Company may restrict or suspend membership if a member falls under any of the following:

  • Registering false information during membership application
  • Interfering with others' use of the Service or stealing their information, thereby threatening e-commerce order
  • Engaging in activities prohibited by law or these Terms, or against public order and morals
  • Engaging in activities that disrupt normal operation of the Service

3. If the same behavior is repeated more than twice or the cause is not corrected within 30 days after the Company restricts or suspends membership, the Company may disqualify the member.

Article 8 (Member Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  • Registering false information during application or modification
  • Stealing others' information
  • Modifying information posted by the Company
  • Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that designated by the Company
  • Infringing on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Damaging the reputation or interfering with the business of the Company or third parties
  • Publicly posting or displaying obscene or violent messages, videos, voice, or other information contrary to public morals
  • Unauthorized commercial use of the Service

Article 9 (Personal Information Protection)

1. The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary for service provision when collecting user personal information.

2. The Company does not collect information necessary for purchase contract performance in advance during membership registration, except when minimum specific personal information is collected for identity verification required by relevant laws.

3. When collecting and using user personal information, the Company notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent.

4. The Company cannot use collected personal information for purposes other than the original purpose, and when a new purpose arises or information is provided to a third party, the Company notifies the user of the purpose at the use/provision stage and obtains consent.

Article 10 (Company Obligations)

1. The Company shall not engage in activities prohibited by law and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide continuous and stable Service as prescribed in these Terms.

2. The Company shall have a security system to protect user personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the Internet service.

3. The Company does not directly collect Bubble account information; instead, it provides the Service through a method where users invite the Company's account as a project collaborator. The Company uses the invited access only for analysis purposes.

4. When opinions or complaints raised by users regarding service use are objectively recognized as legitimate, the Company shall promptly process them through appropriate procedures.

Article 11 (Copyright and Usage Restrictions)

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.

2. Analysis results and documents generated by the Service belong to the user, and users may freely use them.

3. Users shall not use information with intellectual property rights belonging to the Company for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from the Company.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Company establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for damages.

2. The Company processes complaints and opinions submitted by users as a priority. However, when prompt processing is difficult, the Company will immediately notify the user of the reason and processing schedule.

3. Disputes between the Company and users may be subject to mediation by consumer dispute mediation organizations.

Article 13 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company's headquarters is located.

2. Lawsuits filed between the Company and users shall be governed by applicable local laws.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms are effective from November 26, 2025.
